- Breathe, pay attention to where the breath goes
- Move, maybe your body shakes, tenses and releases, teeth chatter, big yawns.
- Press or touch intuitively;Stretch and hold in whatever way feels good
- Hum, and send the sound to certain areas of your body. Follow your intuition on pitch and location.
